Instructions for the Speed Test:

Download the Speed Test by clicking one of the links on the left. You will be greated by a window asking what you would like to do with the file. Select 'Run from its current location'. The test will then download and run the Installation Program. Once the Installation program has finished, you can run the Speed Test.

What if it doesn't work?

If you get an error message stating that OCX files cannot be found, then you will need to download the System Files package by clicking the link bottom-left. This will copy essential windows files to your Windows directory and will hopefully jump-start the test. If you receive any other messages or problems, click the 'Technical support' link on the right for further information (assistance available).

In the Speed Test application, you can change the alternative proxy server as well as the custom ping servers by clicking the 'Settings' button before you begin the test.
